Moving Forward
Once we have your completed application, we will contact you to review the details, understand your goals, and advise on the next steps. Don’t worry about making the initial application perfect. As an independent brokerage, we have access to a wide variety of different lenders and options. Since they each have their own qualifying criteria, we will gather as much as possible up front to ensure we have as many options as can be available for you. We typically use the numbers directly from your documents, which is why it’s so important to have them all, up front.

Christine Buemann
Owner and Mortgage Broker
Christine, the owner and a dynamic force behind our team, started her mortgage journey in 2010 and has been investing in Northern BC real estate since 2005. Known for her "outside of the box" thinking, Christine's passion for mortgages ensures her clients' best interests are always a top priority.
Christine is dedicated to providing personalized service, using her extensive knowledge to create tailored mortgage solutions. With access to a wide variety of lenders, she works diligently to secure the best options for her clients. Building strong, lasting relationships is key to her approach.
When she's not working her mortgage magic, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
Erin Wareing
Senior Underwriter
Erin is our superstar Senior Underwriter, and she’s here to make your mortgage journey a breeze! Joining us in 2023, she’s been rocking applications, crunching numbers like a wizard, planning budgets, and hunting down the best mortgage deals that fit your unique situation.
When she’s not making mortgage magic happen, Erin loves hanging out with her kids, hitting the pavement as an avid runner, and exploring the great outdoors. Her enthusiasm for life and family shines through in her dedication to helping you find your perfect mortgage match.
Monique Poole
Senior Underwriter
Say hello to Monique, our Licensed Senior Underwriter who’s been a rockstar on our team since 2019. Monique is a master at building strong relationships with lenders and expertly matching mortgage products to fit each client’s unique situation. Her extensive knowledge and friendly approach make her an invaluable part of our team.
When Monique isn’t busy making mortgage dreams come true, she’s spending quality time with her kids and husband, and cheering on her oldest son, a soccer star, from the sidelines. Her love for family and her enthusiasm for her son’s soccer games bring a special warmth to her work.

Meet Azra, our Licensed Mortgage Assistant who joined the team in 2022. She’s your go-to for pre-approvals and making sure all your documents are in perfect order. With her organizational skills and friendly demeanor, Azra ensures a smooth process from start to finish.
Azra got her mortgage broker license in 2023, adding even more expertise to her role. Outside of work, she loves traveling, hanging out with friends and family, and discovering new adventures. Azra’s zest for life and passion for helping clients shines through in everything she does.
